Edinburgh Eastern CA are hosting an online event on Wednesday 24th March via Zoom:

‘Voting rights for foreign nationals living in Scotland’

With Guest speaker:

• Alyn Smith MP – Former MEP and lawyer.

And Chaired by:

• Cllr Kate Campbell – Edinburgh City Council Councillor

Registration closes at 12pm on Wednesday 24th March and the Zoom link will then be emailed out ahead of the event.

The main goal of this event is to give residents in Scotland who were born elsewhere, the information they need to be able to vote with confidence in the upcoming Scottish Parliament election in May.

The event will include letting you know your rights, and also why it’s important to vote for the Parliament of the country you are now living in.

This event is open to ALL and there will be time for questions.
