SNP BAME Network Tai Chi Chuan Zoom Session

The SNP BAME Network would like to invite you to our Tai Chi session to celebrate the coming of the new Lunar New Year!

We’ll be joined by instructors Irene Molesti (PTCCI Level 6 Advanced instructor) and William Leggate (PTCCI Level 8 chief instructor) from the Practical Tai Chi Chuan Scotland.

The session will run for 1 hour and we’ll be joined by special guest SNP Westminster Deputy Leader Kirsten Oswald MP.

The session is open to all, including non-SNP members.

There will be a second instructor to show Tai Chi instructions for people with limited mobility.
