Fergus Ewing MSP

Fergus is Minister for Business, Energy, and Tourism. He was first elected as MSP for Inverness East, Nairn & Lochaber in 1999 and re-elected with an increased majority in 2003.
In 2007, he increased his majority further making it one of the largest in the Scottish Parliament. Fergus has led many campaigns as an MSP, including reducing business rates, fighting for Scottish Bus Group Pensioners, relentlessly pursuing the Holyrood Parliament Flour City Fiasco, and winning various amendments to laws passed by the Parliament.
Fergus is a keen hill runner, and has completed the New York, Chicago, and Loch Ness Marathons.
