Your local MEP will hold surgeries in your area, just like your local MP. If you have any questions about European law or a problem involving another European country, your MEP should be your first port of call.

Example: I’ve heard about town twinning, and think my town is ideal to be twinned with somewhere in Europe. How do I go about it? Your local MEP will be able to offer support and advice in firstly finding a town to twin with and will then be able to help arrange the necessary funding to make any town twinning official.
