Biography:

Roseanna is Minister for the Environment.

Roseanna has represented Perth since winning the seat in a Westminster by-election in 1995, being a dual mandate MP/MSP until 2001.

Roseanna worked as a solicitor until she was called as an Advocate in December 1990, and is still a member of the Faculty of Advocates.

In the Scottish Parliament, Roseanna has been Convener of the Justice Committee, the Health Committee and the Rural Affairs & Environment Committee. In February 2009, she was appointed Minister for the Environment. Her interests outside politics include traditional music, reading, and hill walking.
