Biography:
James was elected to represent the people of Glasgow Cathcart in May 2011. He is also a Councillor for the Langside ward in Glasgow.
He was educated at St Mirins Primary and Holyrood Secondary School in Glasgow. He has previously worked as a researcher for Stewart Maxwell MSP.
