For advice on devolved matters contact your local MSP. Devolved matters include many issues that affect people’s day-to-day lives, such as education, housing, health, transport, law and order and the environment.

Example: For the past few months there’s been around 10 young people gathering on the corner outside my house. They’re really noisy and I’m scared to go out into the garden or put out the bins. What can I do?

Your local MSP will be able to make representations to the local police, your local environmental health department and your community warden. In the meantime he/she could also speak to the Scottish Government to find out what they are planning to do to tackle anti-social behaviour.
