Paul, 28, was born and bred in the North-east of Scotland.
He studied politics and international relations at the University of Aberdeen, and a postgraduate in business management at Robert Gordon University. Paul worked in SNP MP Eilidh Whiteford’s constituency office for 5 years, and was a local organiser for the Yes campaign in 2014.
He has also spent time in Westminster as the SNP’s Head of Research, and has most recently been a communications and public affairs consultant for a leading London-based consultancy, advising senior business leaders.
