The world’s eyes are on Scotland

The SNP has won a landslide victory, the highest vote share of any party anywhere in the UK, in any election, since 1966.

The people of Scotland elected an increased pro-independence majority, of 72 MSPs – with a record number of votes and seats for pro-independence parties.

After this truly historic election, media from across the world have their eyes on Scotland.

It is very clear the world recognises Scotland’s clear mandate to hold a referendum on Scotland’s future, once we emerge out of the pandemic.
