Commenting on jobs forecast report by the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development which warns that 600,000 jobs could go in the UK in 2009, the SNP's Westminster Treasury spokesperson Stewart Hosie said the Westminster Government must use their greater economic powers more effectively.
