Biography
Kenny is the Cabinet Secretary for Justice.
He has been an MSP in Lothians since 1999.
He has been National Treasurer and Vice Convener of Policy within the Party.
He was educated at Linlithgow Academy and Edinburgh University and was a senior partner in a Law firm. He is married with two sons.
Surgery Information
Kenny holds surgeries, by appointment, most Friday mornings in his constituency office.
However he is happy to meet with constituents at any convenient time since he is located in Edinburgh. He also makes arrangements to visit sheltered housing complexes to meet with people who find it difficult to travel to his office.
