Angela Constance is the MSP for Livingston.

'It is a parent's job to make all decisions regarding the well being of their children and to ensure they reach their full potential. I believe it is a politician's job to safeguard the well being of the nation and enable the people of Scotland to be all that we can be. To reach our full potential, the people of Scotland need to be empowered to control all matters affecting our well being. The Scottish Parliament needs to grow up and become a fully Sovereign Parliament that is the true guardian of the people.'
