my.snp.org branch emails

All al recent emails i've been sending out come out with

Hadrian’s instead of Hadrian's you’d instead of you'd you’re instead of you're etc  will it be possible to rectify this problem?  Thanks Fraser , London Branch

How do I view retrospectively the messages sent to individual members for my records (especially to check in case I'm doubling up due to senior moments!!)?

If you use the e-mail all members option then you should be included in that distribution list and therefore a copy of the email will make it's way to your inbox.

 If you are using the system to e-mail individual members or groups of specific members copy yourself into this email by creating a group.  On the Branch Summary page check the boxes next to the individuals you wish to send the email to and also check the box next to your name.  Name the group in the field at the foot of the list and click on the add group button.

How do I organise e-mails for members re branch meetings.

 

You can send e-mails to your branch members through my.snp.org.  You need to log into the party website and use the email all branch members functionality.
